User Agreement

1. You must use the Application and its services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. You agree not to use any devices, software to the detriment of the Application, not to bypass the usual procedure, not to interfere and not to interfere with the standard operation of the Application.

3. You are not entitled to participate in advertising, or to persuade other users of the Application to buy or sell any products or services.

4. 5. You represent and warrant that you will not use the Application in places, countries or regions in which such actions would be considered or could be considered a violation of any law, regulation, rule, decree, decree or custom.

6. You represent and warrant that you will not record and post on the Internet or in any other way distribute and / or disclose the content of personal conversations and other confidential information, if the case does not concern the information about the commission of a crime of any gravity.

7. You agree not to file for the Company, including its officers and employees, claims or lawsuits related to the use of the Application.

8. In a chat, it is STRONGLY FORBIDDEN to show sex organs through the camera, to show photos and videos of erotic and porn content, even if you yourself are the ones on the photo or video.

9. You agree that in the event of a dispute between you and one or more users of the Application, you will not file any claims against the Company, including its officers and employees of the Company, or make any claims or claims for redress (actual or subsequent, known or unknown, alleged or not intended, disclosed or not disclosed, caused or in any way connected with such disputes).

10. The Company, including its officers and employees, shall not be liable for any damage or loss incurred by the users of the Application or third parties as a result of the actions (inaction) of another user of the Application or of any third parties associated with this user of the Application.
